What We Do

During a Damp Report, we will thoroughly inspect the entire caravan using a precise moisture meter. All measurements will be documented on a sheet, and we investigate any water ingress concerns.

We will conduct a visual of the wiring to identify any damage and ensure that the fuses are appropriately rated. Additionally, we will verify that the battery compartment is correct and assess the condition of the leisure battery.

We will inspect the 230V system for safety, ensuring that any additions meet specifications and are secure., we will verify that the earth bonding is within acceptable limits and that the RCD trips within a safe timeframe.

We will test all appliances to ensure they operate correctly in all settings. Additionally, we will inspect water system for any leaks and assess the functionality of the toilet.

We will inspect the gas system to verify that the regulator and hose meet specifications and are up to date. Additionally, we will conduct a gas tightness test along with a room carbon monoxide test.

We will examine and adjust the overrun brake system. The brake drums will be removed, cleaned, and the brakes will be adjusted. Additionally, we will assess the hitch head and friction pads if applicable, and ensure that tires are in good condition.
